To be a good contender you must have the following minimum qualifications:
- A minimum S1 mayor faculty
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in any areas, especially consumer goods
- Business acumen, showing good understanding of financial principles and implications, particularly in line with Sales and Marketing impacts
- Fluently in English
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong Leadership
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to place at any area all over Indonesia
- Able and willing to travel
- Computer literate, MS Office & Internet
- Able to drive car and have driving licence (A)
